Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason. This period begins on the day you or a third party (excluding the carrier) take possession of the goods.
How to Withdraw

- Order number
- Date of purchase and delivery
- A clear statement of your decision
Refund Process
We will refund all payments received from you (including standard shipping) within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Return Requirements
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt
- Opened perfumes or personalized items are non-returnable
- Sale or clearance items are excluded from return
Return Instructions
Contact us to initiate the return process. We will provide instructions and a return address. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will offer a replacement or full refund.
